How it works
You like to keep things uncomplicated? So do we. All you need is a laptop or computer with an internet connection and a webcam. Lessons take place live via Skype or Zoom. During the lesson, your teacher takes notes in a Google Document. You can access this file after class, for example, to review what you have learned or to write your homework.

How much does one hour cost?
We are currently offering a 25% discount on our online lessons. One session lasts 50 minutes. You can always find the current prices on the "Packages and Prices" page.
How can I book?
Just send us a message via the contact form. We can then make an appointment for a free trial lesson. If you then want to book, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice from us.
Is there a trial lesson?
Of course you want to know who you're learning with and how it works. That's why we offer a free trial lesson that lasts about 25 minutes. We will show you how online lessons work with us and of course you will have the opportunity to ask questions. We look forward to getting to know you.
How can I pay?
After you have chosen a suitable package, you will receive an invoice from us. Most of our students prefer to pay by credit card. However, you can also pay your invoice by bank transfer.
Until when can I cancel a lesson?
We want to give everyone the opportunity to find a suitable appointment. Therefore, it is important that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will have to charge you for the lesson. If you want to cancel a lesson, please send an email to office@besser-deutsch.com.
How long are the packages valid?
A package is valid for as many weeks as the number of lessons it contains. Sounds complicated? It's not: a 10-lessons package is valid for 10 weeks, for example. So you should study with us once a week. Of course, you can also take several lessons per week...
Do the packages renew automatically?
Don't worry, you don't book a subscription that automatically renews. You only book the number of lessons specified in the package. When they are used up, you can of course extend if you want.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, with us there are no enrollment fees or other surprises. You want to buy a package with 10 hours? Then you only have to pay for this package. You can always find the current prices on the "Packages and Prices" page.
